City Teaching Alliance invites passionate educators to join as fellows in Elementary Education, Secondary Math, or Secondary Literacy across Greater DC Metro, Baltimore & Central Maryland, Dallas, and Philadelphia. Fellows commit to at least three years in the classroom, gaining hands-on experience and a Master of Arts in Teaching with dual certification while receiving coaching and support.

Compensation includes a fellowship stipend up to $40,000 in Year 1, followed by full-time teaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree by June 2026.
• US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or DACA recipient.

Responsibilities

• Coaching & Mentoring: Personalized guidance to maximize impact.
• Clinical Teaching Experience: Real-world classroom experience in high-need schools.
• Coursework: Earn a Master’s in Teaching while teaching.
