You'll teach in a high-need school from day one while earning a Master’s degree from regional university partners, dual certification, and 1:1 coaching from a mentor and host teacher.

Fellows commit to at least three years in the classroom to see the real, compounding impact of great teaching on students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree by June 2027
• Minimum 3.0 undergraduate GPA
• US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or DACA recipient

Responsibilities

• Teach in high-need schools from day one
• Pursue a Master’s degree with regional university partners
• Earn dual teaching certification
• Receive 1:1 mentoring from a host teacher
