Job summary

The National World War II Museum in New Orleans seeks an Educational Travel Relationship (ETR) Manager to grow Patriots Circle membership and engage Educational Travelers across trips and programs. The ETR Manager will convert travelers to Patriots Circle donors and develop comprehensive strategies to expand the Museum’s engagement offerings.

Reporting to the Patriots Circle Director, you will collaborate with Educational Travel, Education and Access, and the Executive Office to create

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in customer relationship management or sales; fundraising or membership experience in a nonprofit.
• Experience in database management and spreadsheets; knowledge of fundraising software and Raiser's Edge preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop engagement plans for Educational Travelers beyond travel experiences.
• Create comprehensive communication strategies to convey the Museum’s mission and goals.
• Develop a solicitation track for Patriots Circle participation and major gifts.
• Collaborate across Educational Travel, Advancement, Marketing, and Communications to align messaging.
• Coordinate staffing and engagement for on-campus Educational Travel programs and events.
• Cultivate, solicit and steward travelers identified as donor prospects.
