Job summary

Bangor School Department is looking for an Educational Technician (Ed Tech III) to support the Bangor Regional Program from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or 90 credit hours, and experience with children having emotional disabilities is preferred.

The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing Individual Education Plans and must communicate effectively with students and staff. Previous experience in schools is beneficial, along with knowledge of behavioral management strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a program for children with emotional disabilities preferred.
  • Previous experience in elementary/high schools preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and use Safety Care Strategies necessary.
