Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or 60/90 college credits; Maine Educational Technician certification.
• Availability to work five days per week (Mon–Fri) per district schedule.
• Strong ability to support teacher-directed instruction and classroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with small-group instruction and tutoring as requested by the teacher.
• Support classroom management and other classroom functions.
• Prepare materials for instructional units and set up the classroom.
• Maintain attendance reports and related clerical tasks with the teacher.
• Hang bulletin boards and keep displays current; operate standard school equipment.
• Escort students to and from classrooms as needed.
