Job summary

Hamilton Township School District is seeking a Systems Administrator to oversee the district's core technical infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, Active Directory, security and camera systems. This 12-month position requires four years of experience, strong networking skills, and the ability to manage cybersecurity software and district security.

Travel between district buildings is required with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a Computer Science related field or equivalent experience.
• Four years of experience in systems technology administration or technology support in a Cisco or Meraki-based network environment.
• Minimum four years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing Windows, Apple, and Chrome hardware/software and peripherals.
• Functional knowledge of networking concepts.
• Ability to manage district security and camera systems.
• Ability to manage and support cybersecurity-related software programs.
• Cisco, Microsoft, and/or Google certifications preferred.
• Experience in programming and batch scripting preferred.
• Experience in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a vehicle in good operating condition for travel between district buildings.
