Qualifications

An associate degree or higher from an accredited institution recognized by the Department.

Responsibilities

Independently performs academic and instruction-related support activities, tutoring in assigned areas and reporting student progress.
Provides social, vocational, and daily living instruction to students with disabilities to enable independence.
Performs counseling support activities, builds rapport, observes progress, and carries out activities to promote a healthy self-concept.
Performs articulation reinforcement and speech drill activities under the guidance of a speech pathologist.
