Responsibilities include prospecting schools and districts, submitting candidates, and renegotiating contracts. The role emphasizes results-driven performance and strong client focus in a dynamic healthcare talent marketplace.

Qualifications

• Direct relevant experience in Educational Services Staffing.
• Proven success in a metrics driven environment.
• At least 1 year as a top producer in a sales position.
• Client centered mentality and passion for customer service.
• Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships.
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call into prospective clients (schools and school districts) to generate new business.
• Persistently reach new contacts at current clients to sell and maintain Educational staffing services.
• Continuously generate client leads using high volume calls and emails.
• Submit appropriate candidates for Educational staffing assignments with contracted clients.
• Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients.
• Ensure client facilities are satisfied with staffing needs and timelines.
• Renegotiate contracts with clients for mutually beneficial terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to find successful fulfillment solutions.
• Aim for continuous improvement and career advancement.
