Qualifications

• Direct relevant experience in Educational Services Staffing is required.
• Proven success in a metrics driven environment.
• At least 1 year as a top producer in a sales position.
• Client centered mentality and passion for customer service.
• Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships.
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call into prospective clients (schools and school districts) to generate new business.
• Persistently use traditional and creative methods to reach new points of contact at current clients to sell and maintain Educational staffing services.
• Continuously generate client leads using high volume calls and emails.
• Submit appropriate candidates for Educational staffing assignments with our contracted clients.
• Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clientsEnsure the satisfaction of our client facilities through proactively meeting their staffing needs with alacrity.
• Renegotiate contracts with clients resulting in mutually beneficial terms.
• Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement.
• Work with internal teams to collaborate and find successful solutions for fulfillment.
