Job summary

Boulder County seeks an Educational Stability and ESSA Coordinator to align child welfare, school districts and community partners, ensuring ESSA compliance and school stability.

The role supports enrollment, records transfers, and transportation needs while serving as the ESSA subject matter expert. This is a full-time, exempt position based in Boulder, CO with regular weekday hours.

Qualifications

• 6+ years combined education and experience in human services, education, or related field.
• 1 year supervisory or lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partner relationships with school districts and CWELs across the state.
• Coordinate and monitor compliance with ESSA mandates related to school stability and funding.
• Lead or participate in BID meetings with all applicable parties before or after placement changes.
• Document BID meeting minutes and provide necessary documentation to districts.
