Job summary

The Boulder County Human Services Department is seeking an Educational Stability and ESSA Coordinator to align child welfare, IMPACT, school districts and partners. This full-time role facilitates BID meetings and ensures ESSA compliance while supporting school stability, enrollment, transfers and transportation.

Based in Boulder, CO, the position is exempt under FLSA with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule. Salary range is $67,068.00–$81,834.00 annually and includes benefits.

Qualifications

• Six years combined education and experience in human services, education, or related field.
• Includes one year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Background check and fingerprinting required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partner relationships with school districts and schools.
• Coordinate CWELs across the state for timely educational transfers.
• Advocate for students' education rights including school stability and enrollment.
• Serve as liaison to local education agencies, CWELs, and McKinney-Vento teams.
• Collaborate with IMPACT partners to identify educational barriers and interventions.
