Job summary

Adams County seeks an Education & Stability Coordinator to support social caseworkers, staff, children, and families in meeting educational needs and stability. The role coordinates with school districts and partners to provide guidance, consultation, and support on educational stability requirements.

The position requires collaboration across departments, adherence to timelines, and the ability to analyze complex cases for timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• Colorado Child Welfare Caseworker certification or CWTS within 3 months of hire.
• Proven ability to collaborate with school districts, families, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BID program activities and maintain data records.
• Serve as liaison between school districts, child welfare, and families.
• Facilitate educational stability meetings and ensure timely determinations.
• Obtain and review school records and relevant data for BID meetings.
• Coordinate transportation and manage cost-sharing with districts and DHS.
