Daymark Recovery Services, Inc. is seeking a coordinator to manage the academic needs of minors at the CFBCs. You will liaise with multiple school systems, guardians, and school staff to secure assignments and ensure educational progress while in treatment.

Responsibilities include arranging homebound instruction when needed, coordinating with the treatment team, and ensuring educational goals are met during and after care. Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s Degree minimum; bachelor’s preferred in Education or Human Services.
• At least 2 years of experience working with a school system.
• Strong coordination and communication with guardians and school staff.

• Coordinate academic needs of minors in CFBCs to prevent learning gaps.
• Contact school systems, guardians, and guardians’ consent for communications.
• Maintain contact with school personnel to align assignments and goals.
• Arrange homebound instruction when needed and ensure IEP goals are met during treatment.
