Job summary

Daymark Recovery Services is seeking a Para Professional to deliver crisis-focused psychosocial services in high-intensity clinical settings. The role involves crisis assessment, case management, and collaborative planning with the care team to support recovery goals.

Under supervision, you will provide education, crisis support, and relapse prevention strategies, while helping individuals access community resources and maintain stability.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of crisis care experience in relevant settings.
• Tech 1 requires Peer Support Certification for Peer Support role.
• Tech 2 requires a QP qualification with related degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychoeducation as indicated in PCP.
• Assist with crisis interventions and relapse prevention.
• Support the team leader with interventions and recovery plans.
• Contribute to PCP development and monitoring of progress.
