Job summary

Meteor Education is seeking a Solution Design Specialist to join our ATC Sales team in California. You will design and implement customized educational solutions, consult with clients, and help schools achieve measurable outcomes.

The role requires travel to client sites regionally and nationally, a strong understanding of educational technology, and a customer-focused approach to drive long-term relationships and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Consultative selling approach focusing on budget, decision authority, needs, and timeline.
• Self-starter able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• 3+ years field sales experience; knowledge of K-12 education market a plus.
• Proven track record of prospecting, building a pipeline, and closing deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel locally, nationally, and occasionally internationally as required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
