Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments in the educational and school services industry.
• Proactively contact prospective candidates to build relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for opportunities.
• Educate candidates on the benefits of a temporary healthcare career.
• Generate leads through various channels, planning, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel healthcare professionals.
• Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement.
• Achieve recruiting goals with motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 1 year of success in sales, staffing, or metrics-driven roles.
