The role serves as the designated Graduate Medical Education (GME) Coordinator and main departmental liaison to UNC Health GME, ensuring comprehensive program administration and compliance with university, school, and hospital requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating residency, onboarding, credentialing, licensure, scheduling, and evaluations.
• Experience with EPIC, MedHub, TimeTrex or similar systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer residency program processes including recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and scheduling.
• Coordinate didactic, laboratory, and clinical education activities.
• Maintain program records and communications across departments.
• Serve as primary administrative resource to residents, students, faculty, and program leadership.
