Job summary

Baltimore City Public Schools is seeking an Educational Associate to provide technical, administrative, and instructional support across school-based programs. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, Maryland teaching certification, and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Maryland Standard Professional Certificate with teaching endorsement required.
• One year teaching or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and technical assistance to administrators, teachers, and staff.
• Assist in planning academic or student support programs and activities.
• Support implementation of new instructional initiatives and standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate instructional or student support projects.
• Develop and deliver professional development presentations as needed.
• Research data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations.
