Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Educational Leadership or related field.
• Experience with K-12 leadership and doctoral mentoring.
• Ability to teach at master’s and doctoral levels and align with state standards.

Responsibilities

• Teach doctoral courses in qualitative research methods and designs.
• Chair or committee member for dissertations with emphasis on qualitative/mixed methods.
• Teach master’s courses for K-12 school leader certification (curriculum, law, finance, personnel, assessment, leadership).
• Contribute to curriculum development and program assessment for both programs.
• Maintain an active research agenda and publish scholarly work.
• Provide high‑level feedback on student writing and research.
• Engage in service to department, college, and university.
