Job summary

PB SCHOOLS IV INC in Palm Springs, FL is seeking a Maintenance professional to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities across our campus locations.

This role requires hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, drywall and HVAC, plus the ability to read schematics, solve problems, and keep accurate maintenance records.

Travel between sites is expected, with a provided vehicle and gas; a valid driver's license and background screening are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall and HVAC.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Level 2 Background screening for working around children.
• Team player and able to take directions.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance on all equipment and facilities
• Ensuring the safety of the children when working
• Troubleshooting and repairing any issues that arise
• Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance performed
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
• Traveling from location to location as needed (vehicle and gas provided)
