Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) seeks an Educational Director to lead the PowerUp2030 program across four cohorts statewide. You will design and deliver the curriculum, supervise staff, and liaise with NYPA to ensure high-impact outcomes in New York's clean energy economy.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, data-driven reporting, and continuous program improvement with a focus on MWBE engagement and regional delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum seven years of program leadership experience.
• Experience managing staff and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience with data tracking and reporting systems.
• Experience with MWBE and SDVOB businesses is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of all PowerUp2030 cohorts across four cycles.
• Oversee curriculum and instructional quality for statewide delivery.
• Supervise Business Advisors and Program Manager.
• Manage NYPA relationship and reporting requirements.
• Oversee recruitment and candidate selection.
• Ensure KPI tracking and reporting using Zoho One.
