Job summary

RFCUNY is seeking an Educational Director, PowerUp2030, to lead statewide program design, delivery, and performance. You will supervise staff, coordinate with NYPA, and ensure high-quality curriculum and outcomes across all cohorts.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and experience with data-driven program management. Some remote work may be available within a full-time, in-person structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of program leadership or management experience in workforce development, business services, or related fields.
• Experience managing staff and multi-stakeholder initiatives with data tracking skills.
• Strong facilitation and leadership abilities and excellent written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead PowerUp2030 cohorts with cross-state oversight across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Oversee curriculum delivery, KPI tracking, and program quality across four cohorts annually.
• Supervise Business Advisors and program staff; manage NYPA liaison and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with NYPA, SUNY SBDC, and regional centers to ensure seamless program operations.
