Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking an Educational Diagnostician to empower students and schools with accurate evaluations and tailored supports. You will conduct psycho-educational assessments, communicate findings to families and district staff, and collaborate on evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in Special Education or equivalent.
• Experience: At least one year as an Educational Diagnostician.
• Skills: Proficiency in computer-based special education systems.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psycho-educational assessments to determine students’ eligibility and need for specialized services.
• Review evaluation findings with parents and district staff, providing clear and compassionate communication.
• Develop interventions in collaboration with teams to enhance student performance, participation, and access to education.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and related discussions to ensure programs meet students’ needs.

Your Role:

• Conduct Evaluations: Perform psycho-educational assessments to determine students’ eligibility and need for specialized services.
• Communicate Findings: Review evaluation findings with parents and district staff, providing clear and compassionate communication.
• Develop Interventions: Collaborate with teams to create evidence-based interventions that enhance student performance, participation, and access to education.
• Support Team: Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings, parent conferences, and other relevant discussions to ensure special education programs meet every student’s needs effectively.
