Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience teaching in one or more credit-bearing courses in higher education.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with faculty, leadership, staff, and students.
  • Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to excellence in faculty development in higher education.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with and flexibility in moving among digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultations and lead workshops, programs, and events in collaboration with staff, faculty and campus partners.
  • Plan, develop, implement, lead, and assess programs and resources for teaching and learning.
  • Represent the Center for Faculty Excellence in campus committees and meetings.
  • Support inclusive, equitable, engaging, evidence-based teaching across disciplines.
