Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of and experience with the Reggio Emilia approach.
• Minimum of 3 years on a school leadership team.
• Experience in early childhood education and curriculum development.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting educators.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Deep understanding of child-centered, inquiry-based education.

• Support the development of meaningful, inquiry-based projects inspired by children’s interests.
• Guide educators in pedagogical documentation, learning environments, and intentional teaching practices.

• Collaborate with the Campus Director and leadership team to support continuous professional growth.
