Mia Mia Preschool is growing, and we're looking for a passionate, experienced, and enthusiastic Toddler Lead Teacher to join our Lakeway team! This position is for our older toddler classroom, with children approximately 2.5 to 3 years old.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably as a Lead Teacher, or a strong educator ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
• Previous experience working with children ages 2-3, particularly older toddlers, is highly preferred.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English communication skills (both required).
• Strong computer skills and confidence using digital platforms for classroom documentation and communication.
• Experience with Reggio Emilia or project-based learning is a plus, but not required. A genuine willingness to learn and grow is essential.
