The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Educational Diagnostician for a school-based role in Denton, TX for the 26/27 school year.

This is a full-time hybrid position (on site 4 days/week, work from home 1 day/week) supporting a local school district with psychoeducational evaluation services and is ideal for TEA certified candidates who are passionate about helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Qualifications

• Current license as an Educational Diagnostician in TX through TEA.
• Graduate from an EBD program.
• Prior experience in a school-based special education setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer and interpret standardized assessments evaluating cognitive ability, academic achievement, and social-emotional development.
• Write detailed evaluation reports and attend ARD/IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and support individualized education plans.
• Ensure all evaluations comply with state and federal special education law (IDEA) and TEA guidelines.

Compensation:

$47-$53/hr + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Current license as an Educational Based Diagnostician in TX through TEA
• Graduate from an EBD program
• Prior experience in a school-based special education setting preferred

WHAT YOU'LL DO
