Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a school-based role in Texas for the 26/27 school year. This is a full-time position supporting a local school district and is ideal for credentialed School Psychologists who are passionate about helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

You will join a clinically led team and have access to ongoing professional development, NASP-approved CEUs, and a support network designed around your profession.

Qualifications

• Active license/credential as School Psychologist in Texas.
• Graduate degree (Ed.S. or higher) from NASP-approved program.
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and participating in IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site psychoeducational evaluations (cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral).
• Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families to support student success plans.
• Complete documentation, report writing, and eligibility meetings (remote documentation flexibility where permitted).
• Provide consultation and evidence-based recommendations to school teams.
• Work as part of a clinically led team focused on student outcomes and service quality.

COMPENSATION:

$48-$58/hour * W-2 Contract * Texas
