• Current TX license as Educational Based Diagnostician (TEA).
• Graduate from an EBD program.
• Prior school-based special education experience preferred.
• Monolingual or bilingual ability.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret standardized assessments evaluating cognitive ability, academic achievement, and social-emotional development.
• Write detailed evaluation reports and attend ARD/IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and support IEPs.

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Educational Based Diagnostician for a school-based role in Dallas, TX for the 26/27 school year. This is a full-time, fully onsite or hybrid position supporting a local school district with psychoeducational evaluation services and is ideal for certified candidates who are passionate about helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Current license as an Educational Based Diagnostician in TX through TEA
• Graduate from an EBD program
• Prior experience in a school-based special education setting preferred
• Monolingual or Bilingual

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Administer and interpret standardized assessments evaluating cognitive ability, academic achievement, and social-emotional development
• Write detailed evaluation reports and attend ARD/IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and support individualized education plans
• Ensure all evaluations comply with state and federal special education law (IDEA) and guidelines
