Mn State Academies is seeking an Educational Audiologist to provide audiology services to students at MSAD and MSAB, coordinating with IEPs and district goals. Responsibilities include assisting with IEPs, collaboration with teachers and SLPs, and outreach to districts.

You will conduct hearing evaluations, maintain hearing aids and cochlear implants, and advise teachers and families to support access to sound and language across campus.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited program with CAA accreditation; doctoral degree required since 2007.

Responsabilidades

• Complete audiology evaluations for students as part of IEPs.
• Coordinate audiology services with teachers and other providers.
• Provide hearing aid and cochlear implant support and maintenance.
• Guide families in obtaining support for complex needs.
• Assist with IEPs and coordination of audiology evaluations across MSAD/MSAB.
• Consult with teachers to optimize access to sound and language.
• Maintain and update assistive devices and software.
