Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass FBI and State background checks.
• Defensive Driver Training required for all agency personnel who drive on State business.
• Show minimum proficiency in interpreting skills via EIPA 3.5+ or RID/NAD/BEI certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpreting services in educational settings for deaf and hard-of-hearing students per IEPs.
• Collaborate with IEP team and educational staff to ensure communication access.
• Schedule and coordinate interpreters; support professional development and performance evaluations.
