Charter Schools USA Inc. seeks a Transportation Manager to lead safe, reliable and compliant pupil transport across our network. You will supervise Transportation Leads, Coordinators, bus operators and contracted services to ensure safety and on-time service for students.

You will work with school leadership, parents and vendors, applying DOT/FMCSA regulations while optimizing operations and budgets to support every student’s access to learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of progressive transportation/logistics management experience.
• Prefer 3-5 years of progressive transportation/logistics or fleet management experience.
• Experience managing a team of 10+ drivers with CDL.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, routing tech, ERP systems and project management platforms.
• 2+ years of managerial experience with hiring and performance management.
• Experience in vendor performance and root-cause analysis for incidents.

Responsabilités

• Lead pupil transportation services across CSUSA network.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with parents, schools, vendors.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations governing student transportation.
• Identify solutions to improve safety and operational excellence.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate updates to leadership and communities.
• Monitor finances, invoices and vendor accounts for accuracy.
