Job summary

Eckerd Connects is seeking an Education and Training Director to oversee the Education & Training Services function at the Denison Job Corps site. The role ensures OMS standards are met and audits and reports are prepared for labor and corporate reviews.

The position requires supervising staff, coordinating linkages with agencies, and developing annual plans based on analyzed data. Strong background in education or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience, one year in a supervisory capacity preferred; Job Corps experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Education and Training Director is responsible for processing and coordinating the Education & Training Services function.
• Ensures that all OMS Standards directly under management are met and in compliance with the National Office goals of the Center.
• Reviews weekly, monthly, and annual reports and verifies accuracy. Screens and monitors placement information. Evaluates performance of staff.
• Assists in the coordination of linkages and lead by visiting agencies, business, and other job-related resources.
• Monitors statistical reports to evaluate and assess weaknesses, strengths and develop comprehensive annual plans.
• Ensures case documentation is up-to-date and available for Department of Labor and Corporate audits.

Salary Rate: $73,000 – $79,000
