Job description

Responsible for planning, coordination, & delivering a variety of training &/or education courses, services, & activities to employees, state agencies, community partners, clients, or the public - including responsibility for training the trainers. Vital member of the WFD Unit & will work collaboratively with the Team to manage large conferences/summits.

• Knowledge of emerging trends & best practices in assigned training & education area(s).
• Skill in designing complex course objective, lesson plans, & instructional methods, materials, or activities requiring advanced, in-depth knowledge and study in assigned subject matter.
• Skill in identifying & analyzing needs, issues/challenges & recommending solutions based on best practices
