Job summary

The Air Force Test Center at Edwards AFB seeks a Full-Time Education and Training Analyst to plan, manage, and execute complex training programs that support mission readiness. You will provide counseling, educational opportunities, and tuition assistance while administering military testing and centralized development education.

You will analyze mission requirements, advise leadership on education and training needs, and participate in developing programs to meet primary customer needs.

Qualifications

• Training Program Planning & Analysis: Ability to plan, manage, and analyze complex training programs including budget inputs and alternative methods.
• Mission Requirements Analysis & Advisory: Skilled in analyzing problems, recommending solutions, and advising leadership on education/training needs.
• Program Evaluation & Database Management: Proficient in evaluating effectiveness, creating databases, and producing quality productivity indicators.

Responsibilities

• Plans for and manages implementation of technical, managerial, and administrative training programs of significant complexity.
• Analyzes mission requirements, organizational or functional problems and recommends training solutions or alternatives to ensure mission effectiveness.
• Advises supervisors, senior analysts and management officials in the identification, validation, and justification of key education, functional training, and professional development needs.
• Analyzes the effectiveness of training programs and recommends possible improvements.
• Participates in the development of education and training programs to support key issues of primary customers and administers those programs.
