The Air Force Test Center is looking for a Full-Time Education and Training Analyst (NH-0301-02) to work at the 412th Test Wing, 412th Mission Support Group, 412th Force Support Squadron, Education and Training Section (412 FSS/FSDE) at Edwards AFB.
The Education and Training Section (ETS) plans for, manages, and executes functional and academic training to ensure maximum mission readiness of the Edwards workforce. ETS provides counseling, educational opportunities, and tuition assistance to Airmen in support of AF recruitment and retention goals. ETS administers military testing and centrally managed developmental education.

Typical 2026 salary range: $47,490-$113,185 per year (includes locality)

Travel Requirements: No travel
Training Program Planning & Analysis: Ability to plan, manage, and analyze complex training programs including budget inputs and alternative methods.
Mission Requirements Analysis & Advisory: Skilled in analyzing problems, recommending solutions, and advising leadership on education/training needs.
Program Evaluation & Database Management: Proficient in evaluating effectiveness, creating databases, and producing quality productivity indicators.
