Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in IT, CS, or related field preferred.

• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Knowledge of Windows, ChromeOS, and productivity software platforms.
• Experience supporting student learning platforms and digital instructional tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Partner with faculty to integrate technology into classroom instruction and support digital tools.
• Serve as the school's Canvas LMS administrator, including setup and onboarding.
• Provide training and coaching for faculty and staff on technology platforms.
• Research and recommend emerging educational technologies aligned with curriculum goals.
• Provide direct instruction to students in Excel, Office Suite, and related programs as needed.
