Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical IT certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of tech support experience in a school or similar environment.
• Experience with Windows, ChromeOS, and productivity software.
• Experience with student learning platforms and digital instructional tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Administer Canvas LMS, including course setup and faculty onboarding.
• Provide device and network support for Chromebooks, Macs, and classroom tech.
• Manage Google Admin Console and Apple School Manager, enrollments and updates.
• Maintain tech docs, vendor relationships, and technology plan alignment.
• Support technology-focused student programs and clubs.
