Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of technical support experience in school, business, or tech environment.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Knowledge of Windows, ChromeOS, and common productivity software.
• Experience supporting student learning platforms and digital instructional tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to support non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize tasks.
• Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Partner with faculty to integrate technology into classroom instruction.
• Administer Canvas LMS, including course setup, onboarding and ongoing support.
• Provide training for faculty and staff on tech platforms and best practices.
• Research and recommend educational technologies aligned with curriculum goals.
• Provide instruction in Excel and Microsoft Office for CWSP readiness.
