Job summary

Providence Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, TX is seeking an IT Service Delivery professional to provide and manage technical and application expertise for Covenant School of Nursing and Allied Health (CSONAH), Learning Resource Center and classrooms.

You will optimize systems, coordinate with vendors, and partner with IT teams to deliver effective solutions while assisting students and staff with operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Technology, Education or related field.
• Experience with Instructional technology platforms and software including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite etc.

Responsibilities

• Provides and manages technical and application expertise for Covenant School of Nursing and Allied Health (CSONAH), Learning Resource Center, classrooms.
• Identifies system optimization and enhancements and collaborates with vendors and other IT teams to implement effective solutions.
