Ivy Tech Community College is seeking an Educational Technologist in Indianapolis to support faculty, staff, and students with LMS and educational technology across modalities. You will collaborate to deliver professional development, ensure accessibility, and assist with online pedagogy.

The role focuses on balancing technical functions with best-practice pedagogy, including onboarding, training, and helpdesk support for LMS integrations and tools.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; higher education experience preferred.
• Experience integrating technology in education is preferred.
• Quality Matters APPQMR and PRC coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver educational technology professional development across modalities.
• Support faculty with edtech tools, pedagogy, and resources as directed by Educational Technology Coordinator.
• Support accessibility standards and accommodations inside the LMS.
• Facilitate LMS training courses and online faculty certification.
• Provide helpdesk support for LMS and related tools for students, faculty, and staff.
• Contribute to the knowledge base for educational technology tools at the College.
