Base pay range
$50.00/hr - $75.00/hr
Length of Contract: 3 months + possible extension
W2 Contract - weekly pay
Client has an employee that is going on leave unexpectedly and need to backfill with a contractor for the next 3+ months.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Familiarity with Human Resources systems, particularly HealthStream Learning Management System, ServiceNow, and Workday.
- Working knowledge of HealthStream publishing, creating student groups and reports, assigning roles, and providing guidance/training to HealthStream administrators and users.
- Ability to provide support of HR systems for managers and employees to research and resolve complex problems or unexpected results; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet business needs of end users.
- Assist HR Support Center in troubleshooting complex questions.
- Possess analytical skills to solve problems, interpret results, and refine complex information into actionable recommendations for system process changes/solutions.
- Demonstrate ability to take ownership and consistently deliver on commitments.
- Ability to exercise integrity and judgement in complex and ambiguous situations.
- Complete various projects/tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, preferably with a concentration in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-3 years experience required, preferably in a Human Resources, Healthcare, or related setting.
- Previous experience with HealthStream strongly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of PC applications, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements.
