Job summary

Stellar Virtual is seeking an Systems Integrations & Automations Engineer to own connectivity across core business and learning platforms. You will design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce, SIS, LMS, and the data warehouse, with a focus on reliability and scalable data flows.

You will work on API connectivity, authentication, and endpoint configuration, plus develop automation and lightweight tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in systems integration engineering or related technical role.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; Git knowledge.
• Proficient with REST APIs, authentication, and data mapping.
• Experience with cross-platform data flows and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable integrations across Salesforce, SIS, LMS, and data warehouse.
• Manage API connectivity, OAuth, keys, and endpoints for cross-platform communication.
• Develop data mappings and synchronization processes for student data.
• Create automation for data processing and lightweight internal tools.
• Document integration standards and runbooks; design test cases.
