Responsibilities

• Partner with Learning Architects, SMEs, and stakeholders to convert strategies into engaging digital learning experiences.
• Design and configure experiences using enterprise learning ecosystem tools and platforms.
• Advise on digital learning approaches, interactions, media, and technology capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define content requirements and implementation approaches.
• Build, configure, test, and quality-check learning assets for a seamless learner experience.
• Manage content deployment, learner journeys, metadata, permissions, and configurations.
• Support publication, maintenance, and execution of learning initiatives with analysts and operations.
• Ensure alignment with standards, templates, accessibility, and governance.
