In this role, you will partner with Global Commercial Education and Professional Education to standardize KPIs, drive data governance, and deliver actionable insights for education leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology implementations and complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience with LMS, learning tech, and enterprise systems.
• Strong data, analytics, reporting, and KPI development skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into tech and reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to influence across a global matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Lead LMS integration and learning technology platform initiatives.
• Define data requirements, workflows, and dashboards to measure education impact.
• Partner with education and IT teams to execute strategy and roadmap.
• Develop KPIs and reporting that link learning to business outcomes.
• Establish data standards and governance for global consistency.
• Coordinate deployment, testing, launch readiness, and optimization.
