• Assists in organizing and preparing instructional materials.
• Maintains an orderly classroom environment for learning.
• Provides timely feedback to students in writing or verbally.
• Provides teacher with feedback on student performance.
• Assists students in evaluating their own progress.
• Maintains student progress records and IEP deadlines.
• Reproduces learning materials and disseminates correspondence.
• Assists in evaluating student work (tests, quizzes, etc.).
• Uses motivational techniques as directed by the teacher.
• Enforces behavioral expectations and supports classroom management.
• Communicates student behavior information to the teacher.
• Manages discipline per regulations and policies.
• Maintains confidentiality of school-related matters.
• Performs other duties assigned by the Superintendent or designee.
