Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Supervisor to support youth with complex medical and behavioral needs in a trauma-informed residential setting. You will lead a shift of DSP staff, maintain safety and engagement, and model professional, compassionate care.

You will oversee daily operations, coach the team, and ensure adherence to treatment plans. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required; 3 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license (Class C or D1).

Responsibilities

• Lead DSP shift and maintain staff-to-youth ratio.
• Create, maintain, and model a safe, therapeutic milieu.
• Ensure youth safety, structure, and engagement daily.
• Coach staff to promote teamwork and professionalism.
• Document care, complete shift notes, and follow treatment plans.
