Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation’s Crotched Mountain School seeks an Education Supervisor to lead Paraeducators I and II under the Education Director. This role ensures a safe, therapeutic milieu, supervises staff, maintains staffing and documentation, and oversees Safety Care procedures across campus during education hours.

The supervisor coordinates training, supports in-charge duties, and enforces school policies while promoting professional standards and student advocacy.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in human services with a GED or high school diploma.
• Ability to supervise Para I and Para II staff under Education Director.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to remain awake and alert on duty.
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and adherence to Safety Care policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Standards of Care and a safe, therapeutic milieu for students.
• Supervise Para I and Para II; coordinate with Education Director on staffing.
• Maintain master schedule and ensure staff coverage and ratios.
• Oversee documentation, discipline, and Safety Care documentation.
• Respond to incidents, ensure campus safety, and act as in-charge during shifts.
