Goalbook is seeking a school leader or instructional coach with special education and business experience to help transform instruction across US districts. This role emphasizes renewing partnerships, planning implementations, and delivering trainings to educators.

You will analyze usage data, build relationships with district partners, and present both online and onsite professional development. A 30% travel requirement applies; located in Southern California but open to remote work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in instructional leadership or coaching.
• 5+ years teaching experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and persuasive skills.
• Attention to detail with strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Perform renewal efforts with district and school partners across the country.
• Collaborate with district and school leaders to plan effective implementations.
• Deliver online webinar trainings and onsite professional development workshops.
• Analyze usage data and work with district partners to maximize engagement.
• Build relationships through meetings with partners at events and conferences.
• Travel about 30%; heavier during summer and fall.
