Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Ed.D. degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a senior-level K–12 district leadership role.
• Proven leadership in district-level initiatives and strategic planning.
• Ability to translate district priorities into actionable strategies.
• Excellent relationships with senior district decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support field sales with high-stakes analytics and value selling.
• Develop and present custom gap analytics to districts.
• Recommend HMH solutions to meet district needs and drive expansion.
• Present mid-year and end-of-year gains to influence opportunities and growth.
